“When I first decided to try hypnosis I was in the middle of training for the Long Beach Marathon. The training was arduous, I was in a lot of pain as the mileage started to add up and doubt started to creep in. As a Fitness Professional, I had a trainer, a running group and plenty of others to call on for help, yet something was just not clicking for me.Being a bit of a skeptic due to my lack of knowledge on hypnosis.
